- Manage and support identity management and governance products, specifically Saviynt or SailPoint.
- Ensure systems are continually monitored for capacity, utilization, and performance to avoid business disruptions.
- Proactively work on continuous improvement by identifying cost reductions and productivity improvements.
- Maintain system landscape documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes and controls.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, providing timely and accurate updates to work tickets and managing incidents.
- Implement and enforce policies, processes, procedures, and controls.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend applications and solutions for system enhancements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3-6 years of experience in the customization, configuration, and deployment of Identity Management and Governance products such as Saviynt or SailPoint.
- Strong technical proficiency in managing complex IT infrastructures.
- Experience in Infrastructure administration related to hardware and software components.
- Proficient in ITIL concepts; ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate up and down the organizational hierarchy.
- Strong team player who can collaborate across multiple functions and disciplines.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or technical degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a relevant role.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results, act as a change agent, and remain highly motivated and detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry certifications.
- ITIL Foundation certified.
