Strong D&A focused solution architect with around 12-16 years of overall breadth of data experience across both traditional and cloud data architectures and ecosystems.
Experience engaging with clients in a consultative mode and thought leader - guiding and advising clients focusing on assessments, technology evaluations, business cases, data strategy and roadmap.
Experience architecting and implementing data solutions covering Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, BI Reporting and Analytic solutions.
Suggest frameworks, solutions, accelerators, and templates to deliver efficiency, automation, and value.
Experience migrating from traditional MPPs (like Teradata and Netezza) to cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, Snowflake and Databricks.
Experience with design and development of conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support data initiatives and business requirements.
Experience engaging across multiple stakeholder groups involving business partners as well as other platform/technology vendors and service providers.
At ease engaging with senior client leaders and can articulate complex technology aspects in simple terms to create an impact.
Insurance industry experience is preferable.
Self-starter who can drive and navigate with minimal supervision and in a frequently changing environment where directions are shifting continuously.
Well versed with trends in the D&A space and upcoming innovations.
Should have excellent written communication skills.
