Our high quality alternators are self exciting, self regulating and are as per IS:4722 under strict Quality Control.The armature cores consists of high quality silicon steel stamping to reduce drop of voltage at different loads. The armature core is rigidly keyed to a sturdy shaft and clamped with heavy end-rings. Both the D.C. & A.C. winding are of super-synthetic enamelled copper wire of high conductivity. The high grade insulating materials are used in winding the field coils and armature which are then varnished and thoroughly dried. Heavy duty ball-bearing of high quality are fitted to support the armature spindle. The bearings are lubricated with high melting point grease which helps the alternators in smooth and noiseless running. Outer bearings are covered type to prevent dust. The
