Role: Accounting Analyst with Telecom Domain  

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: Remote

• 3 – 5 years accounting/finance experience.
• Understands and applies US GAAP to business transactions and processes to verify proper functionality of back office systems.  Experience in IFRS desired but not required.
• Maintains understanding and knowledge of US GAAP standards to help provide guidance to the Enterprise Test team on accounting requirements for each project.
• Able to provide clear and concise documentation in testing results to satisfy audit and SOX requirements.
• Proven working experience and strong ability to communicate with various levels of management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to independently maneuver in a fast paced and changing environment
• Excellent organizational skills, time management, multi-tasking ability and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and must demonstrate confidence in a high-profile position
• Ability to work independently or with a team to manage real time activities
• Advance Excel experience
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint
• Strong time management skills to work with multiple business team requirements

Desired

• CPA or relevant work experience
• Previous experience working in project management role specifically in a test function
• Previous experience in telecom or wireless industry
• Strong experience in working with SAP
• Familiarity with SQL querying language (Microsoft SQL Server and Teradata)
