Job Location: Ahmadabad (SG Highway),Mumbai, Pune,Bangalore.

Exp: 0-10 Yrs.

Recruiter Job Duties:

Utilizing various Job Portals like Naukri, Times job Monster and Companys own Candidates Database.

Screening & short-listing of candidates profile.

Handling recruitment process & client relationship

Scheduling the Interview with the Respective clients

Weekly report Submitting to Sr. Authorities

Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.

Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
