Roles and Responsibilities :
- Define and own the overall Offering Strategy and Roadmap , working with key stakeholders across the business to drive engagement and agreement.
- Scope the work effort to develop, sustain and/or upgrade Offering. Identify the required skills and work with Offering Development leadership to staff the project team.
- Understand a problem from the perspective of a customer, their pain points and what pain point the offering is attempting to solve.
- Seek Client Account Lead, offering sponsor and Marketing & Sales feedback and iterate to incorporate throughout the lifecycle of an Offering.
- Work with the Asset Engineering and Knowledge Management teams to host/maintain the Offering content digitally.
- May supervise 5+ resources, guide agile ways of working at various points throughout the Offerings lifecycle.
- Assess impact and resolve issues that may impede progress. Follow offering standards and stage-gate processes to ensure offering consistency and quality; obtain sign-off from leads/sponsors before progressing to the next stage.
- Suggest, prioritize, and support the implementation of offering development process improvements.

- High energy and ability to adapt to an evolving operating model and changing ways of working.

- Previous experience building compelling narratives out of existing materials a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, proposal development, advertising, marketing, strategy, transformation a plus.
