Java Technical Lead will be responsible for providing solutions for technical issues which may affect
product delivery. The Java Technical Lead will facilitate requirement analyses, conduct peer reviews and provide feedback.
Java Technical Lead, you should demonstrate sound knowledge of industry best practices, good
organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency in Java technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Ideating on solutions with project/product managers.
- Designing client-side and server-side architecture
- Develop and manage applications
- Work on technical documentation
- Work with project managers, data scientists and analysts to improve software
- Conduct peer reviews and provide feedback.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, logical and analytical skills.
- Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, Angular 5+)
- High proficiency with development tools – Maven, jUnit, Log4j, Postman etc.
- High proficiency in Java/J2EE programming.
Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills
