Roles and Responsibilities

 

 

  • Housekeeping Agencies, Security Services, Courier Management, Stationery, Horticulture, Cafeteria services , hiring photo copy machines, travels (hiring of cabs), Travel agents for ticket bookings (both rail and air), Hotel Tie Ups, etc.,
  • A comparative statement to be prepared for all the vendors by obtaining minimum quotes and routed through SCM (Commercial) for negotiations and execution of rate contract
  • Event management: Actively participated in organizing the employee events both in-house and outside the offices.
  • Conducting/arranging Induction programs, conferences, employee forums on a monthly / quarterly basis.
  • Processing of employee claims pertaining to travel, conveyance etc.,
  • Attending for weekly management meetings wherein all the issues/challenges can be addressed and can exchange the views.
  • Also involved in Framing / feedback about the policies related to employees stay, conveyance, travel etc, as and when necessary.
  • Logistics to all the employees by providing vehicles to all the employees as per the policy / level by obtaining prior approvals, providing accommodation in Hotels / service flats as per the entitlements.
  • Organizing training programs for RSE, KAMs, Distributor meets etc., by providing logistics i.e. group bookings in Hotels on special negotiated rates.
  • Organizing / close coordination in LIM testing activities at MSC for both Data and voice before launching the services.
  • Keeping stock/inventory of company assets like Data Cards, LCDs, Cameras etc.,
  • Coordinate with all Zonal Facility Executives ensure that proper SLAs are in place to ensure service deliveries.
  • Coordinate and get regional and other Offices established with required quality.
  • Ensure that other administrative support and facilities are extended to all Zonal Offices.
  • Initiate cost optimization measures to manage administrative expenditure as per budget.
  • Work closely with HUB FM & SS Team Responsible for all Administrative and Facility Management through effective planning coordination and resolution of issues with the help of all concerned.

Interacting with business leaders at different locations and understanding the anticipated growth, thereby analyzing the short term and long term real estate requirements
