Job Requirements:

  • Responsible for all cold-calling/developing new business leads. Candidates must be comfortable with cold-calling
  • Responsible for managing lead generation, rapport maintenance, understanding of client needs, and closure of deals after negotiation.
  • Appointment setting
  • Develop strategy and innovative methods for exploring the market and ensuring profitability.
  • Establish & extend the company's market leadership through effective contributions toward Business Development, Sales & Key Account Management.
  • Actively explore, define, evaluate, seek opportunities and turn them into a profitable business.
  • Perform Market Research and Gather statistical data.
  • Business Generation and Client Serving.
  • Acquiring new clients and handling existing clients.
  • Consulting clients about their business requirements and providing solutions for the same.
  • Analyzing, translating, and presenting results to the Management.
  • Generation of Database from different sources.
  • Lead farming through the utilization of various consumer touch points.
  • Reduce Lead Cycle times through Sales funnel tracking.
  • Retention of Existing clients through the provision of Support.
  • Constructing a sales pipeline.
  • Identify Business solutions to client's needs and streamline the process.

Desired Candidate Profile :
 

  • Good academic track record.
  • Must have prior experience in international business development.
  • Strong Lead Generation & Lead Qualifying capability.
  • Self-Motivated go-getter with the ability to work with utmost efficiency.
  • Ability to manage the profile independently with the least amount of hand-holding.
  • Fluent English Skills (both written and oral) needed for communicating with overseas clients.
  • Explore the market, identify potential clients and qualify clients to build up a pipeline.
  • Establish and maintain strong relations with key decision-makers of clients.
  • Explore the web and other information sources, useful filter information for identifying leads/new opportunities.
  • Preference will be given to SERVICE INDUSTRY.
  • Experience and expertise in effectively using CRM tools such as ZOHO, etc
