Roles and Responsibilities

  • The IT Staffing Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying new end clients,

Tier 1 Vendors/Clients.

  • Ability to sell IT staffing services to clients and develop business.
  • Should have expertise in paper work: capable of creating RFIs, Responding to RFIs, Creating RFPs, Understanding MSA, SOW and other agreements
  • Engages directly with key clients to solidify, grow and expand our business opportunities.
  • Key account management that results in additional business/revenue opportunities from existing account.
  • Managing expectations and assure deliverables to client.
  • Maintaining accounts and must possess strong work ethics.
  • Ability to get new hot IT requirements. Examples: Data Scientist, Big Data Developer, Business System Analyst, IT Project Manager, Scrum Master, DevOps Engineer, Java Developer, .Net Developer etc
  • Great attitude, strong desire to success, team player and mentor.

Desired Candidate Profile

Essential Job Functions:

Should have a deep understanding of the US Staffing business processes and experience working with various Direct End Clients, Tier1 Vendors and Software Project Implementing Partner.
Should be able to get Contract Staffing requirements from Direct Clients / Tier-1 Vendors / Implementing Partners.
Provide guidance to the Accounts Manager about the client and their expectations.
Provide guidance to the recruitment team about hiring recruiting Citizens, EADs, Holders and H1B consultants.
Developing new corporate alliances and maintaining services to the existing clients for long term relationships.
