Position Summary:
- You will be in a key & strategic senior managerial position and you would be responsible to achieve Gray Acumens strategic accounts acquisition and new-revenue acquisition goals.
- Your role will entail Account-Based Marketing & Sales and you would need expertise and experience in Technology Consulting and/or the Off-shore Software Development industry, to acquire new B2B business across international markets.
- Youll be targeting Global Enterprises & Software Product Companies (ISVs) primarily in the Western markets (US, Canada, UK, West-EUR, AUS, NZ).
- Your primary emphasis will be on generating a healthy sales opportunity pipeline exclusively from the top target-accounts’ list (created by you and the team) as per agreed strategies for the outbound campaigns.
- Other than core Account-Based Marketing & Sales activities, your job requirements would include activities like Opportunity Qualification, Requirement study, Proposal development support, Demo/PoC support, and finally Deal Closure & Project Kick-off.
Expected Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years experience in Off-shore Software Development and/or Technology Consulting industry – in a client-facing, pure sales, or pure marketing, or pre-sales/technical solutioning roles
- Experience in running Account-Based Marketing & Sales initiatives as an individual contributor or team leader/manager with successful revenue closures
- Good understanding of Technologies like Cloud, Mobile, Analytics, IoT, etc
- Experience of consulting for Oracle App Solutions, ERP, CRM etc
- Fair understanding of popular Software Development Languages, Frameworks, Platforms, Tools, Technologies
- Understanding & presentation skills for traditional and emerging Software Development Lifecycles, Engagement Models & Delivery Models of typical Off-shore Software Development & Technology Consulting companies
- Excellent communication and English language skills, both written and oral. Possess the ability to effectively articulate and present ideas/concepts, and properly describe problems, and propose solutions.
- Excellent capability and confidence for engaging Business & Technology decision-makers at Director, VPs & CXO levels across large Global Enterprises
- Effectively use Outbound Marketing & Sales Tools
