  • Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives
  • Generate leads, build and nurture client relationships
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach
  • Own and exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Managing distribution channels
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
  • Experience working within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Ability to position products against competitors
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of product and services
  • Must demonstrate high proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Interpersonal communications, and networking skills
  • Bachelor s degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in B2B sales is a must
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with key stakeholders
  • Open to travel if there is a business need
