Role & Responsibilities

  • Understand the target markets, including industry, company, projects, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract new clients via inbound as well as outbound sales.
  • Should have the sound technical knowledge to understand client?s requirements and Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
  • Explore possibilities for getting projects of new technology like AI, IOT, AR, VR, ML, and Blockchain.
  • Build a serviceable sales pipeline of open positions to meet periodic revenue goals.
  • Drive services sales in the assigned territory of captive and virgin accounts, through structured account planning, incumbency plotting, and a comprehensive pursuit action plan
  • Grow the funnel and ensure a healthy mix of run rate and strategic deals Strong understanding of Dimension Data solutions and services and their market positioning and competitive advantage
  • IT sales/pre-sales experience
  • Demonstrable record of leading complex sales
  • Strong communication and objection handling skills
  • Ability to leverage and lead matrix based resources to position DD as the vendor of choice for single/multi-tower IT outsourcing
  • Should be hands-on and detail oriented
  • Strong presentation skills in addition to excellent written and oral communication skills
