Our growing company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets.
We?re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations. First and foremost, we?re looking for a leader who understands how to leverage real data and capitalize on business trends and opportunities.
Candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage a diverse team in an evolving industry landscape.
Successful applicants should also be willing to travel abroad.
Role & Responsibilities
Understand the target markets, including industry, company, projects, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract new clients via inbound as well as outbound sales.
Should have the sound technical knowledge to understand client?s requirements and Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
Explore possibilities for getting projects of new technology like AI, IOT, AR, VR, ML, and Blockchain.
Build a serviceable sales pipeline of open positions to meet periodic revenue goals.
Drive services sales in the assigned territory of captive and virgin accounts, through structured account planning, incumbency plotting, and a comprehensive pursuit action plan
Grow the funnel and ensure a healthy mix of run rate and strategic deals Strong understanding of Dimension Data solutions and services and their market positioning and competitive advantage
IT sales/pre-sales experience
Demonstrable record of leading complex sales
Strong communication and objection handling skills
Ability to leverage and lead matrix based resources to position DD as the vendor of choice for single/multi-tower IT outsourcing
Should be hands-on and detail oriented
Strong presentation skills in addition to excellent written and oral communication skills
