  • Building and maintaining profitable relationship with all customers.
  • Overseeing the relationship with customers being handled by both calling and execution team
  • Resolving customers complaints quickly and efficiently
  • Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
  • Conducting meetings to facilitate execution process smoothly.
  • Contributing to organizations growth and revenue by up-selling and cross-selling
  • Understanding the products/service offering key customers requirements and addressing them with product/service offering.
  • Preparing and submitting timely MIS reports and ad-hoc reports to various stakeholders.
  • Keeping a close eye on competition offering and reporting key observation accordingly.


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Hindi, English and Gujarati is mandatory
  • Convincing and Negotiable skills
  • Interested in sales
