- Prior Experience: Should have 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements.
- Manage complete recruitment process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
- Searching profiles through existing database, job portals like Naukri, walk in interview and head hunting
- Monitoring the implementation of key HR processes, including monthly review, attendance tracking, leave management, Learning and Development.
- Should be able to work efficiently on MS Office Programmes like Word, Excel,Powerpoint and Outlook at a reasonably good speed.
- The job is that of a Generalist and will be divided between Talent Acquisition and HR Operations and Payroll.
