HR intern will be responsible for admin as well as generalist role in terms of supporting the HR executive. Handle all aspects of HR from recruiting to training and development, payroll to attendance, handle all expenses and, handle social media platform for branding of the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Recruit candidates from different job portals, social media, references networking.
- In charge of arranging interviews, coordinating hiring efforts, and onboarding new employees. Making sure all paperwork involved with hiring someone is filled out and making sure that everything from the first day to each subsequent day is navigated successfully.
- Maintain and Process payroll on the monthly basis.
- Conduct disciplinary actions.
- Handle admin related miscellaneous tasks including festival and bday celebrations, keeping the record of all asset(Devices).
- Resolve issues between management and employees.
- Update HR policies and help organization to become the best place to work.
- Maintain employee personal and professional records.
- Conduct benefit analysis for the betterment of employee.
