We are looking for an IT Project manager who is willing to lead a highly skilled team of developers of Protocolzone Pvt Ltd. One who can execute our information technology projects received from international clients and deliver it on time. Our products and clients requirements are expanding rapidly and we are inviting candidates excited by the challenge of working with modern, complex technologies to join our young, innovative team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experience in the project management process, tools and techniques.
- Must have proven leadership abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to successfully execute projects in an onshore/offshore resource model.
- The ability to foster motivation within the project team to meet tight deadlines.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by providing training to the team on a regular basis.
- Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project.
- Strong professional skills, including prioritization and workload balancing.
- A proven track record of successful project implementation of IT applications.
- PMI certification is preferred.
