JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Sr. US IT/Non IT Recruiter

Location: 100% Remote/ Hybrid

Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST, Saturday and Sunday Off

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Need to have minimum 2 year experience in US Staffing/Recruitment.
• Candidates having hiring experience in W2( Preferred), Direct Clients, Implementation partner and System Integrators or Preferred Vendors.
• Must have hands on experience on W2 recruiting.
• Must have experience using the different sourcing portals and recruiting tools.
• Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Full desk recruiter who can work independently with minimum or no supervision.
• The candidate must be able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Should have handled end to end recruitment.
