JOB DETAIL

Roles and Responsibilities

Understanding Job requirements of clients.

Sourcing of  relevant profile  through  portal,  referencing,  headhunting and  Networking .

Validation/assessment of candidates against job requirement of client with requisite details/formats provided by the client capturing experience details, current CTC , expected CTC , notice period , notice period buy out option , any Bond Bonus /retention bonus payout etc.

Forwarding  of interest  checked  profile  to  client  through  supervisor/senior .

Post  feedback  by client,  co-ordination  of  interview  between candidate  and  client  with  the  help  of supervisor .

Post selection by client , facilitate in offer making  , getting offer accepted and manage candidates expectations till joining , meeting with offered candidates with the help of supervisor.

Post  joining  raise PBC and  raise invoice  and  follow  with supervisor  till  collection .

To take initiative in handling additional responsibilities at branch level .

To help supervisor to achieve team numbers by working proactively and with stretch factor .

To act as role model for junior colleagues
