How are we implementing this?
- Along with your resume, you will be answering a few questions regarding your profile, which will give us insight into your technical skills.
- We will be segregating resumes as per your skills and previous experience and will be scheduling interviews with respective technical teams.
- Structured onboarding focused on initial classroom training and mentoring to refresh the skills.

- Backend: Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, Hibernate
- Frontend: JavaScript, ReactJS, MERN
- QA Engineer: Automation, Manual, Selenium, Java/Performance testing (JMeter and other open-source)
- DBA: Oracle, SQL, and developer
- ETL Developer
- DevOps
Education Qualification:
- Minimum requirement B.Tech/B.E/MCA in Computer Science. Certifications are good to have.
Interview Process
- Initial discussion with HR - Talent Acquisition team.
- Followed by 1 or 2 rounds of technical discussion with technical team
- All technical Interviews will be conducted over video conferencing.
- After technical shortlisting, final discussion with HR team before offer extension.
