- Analyze customer needs and business process

- Manage full delivery cycle from software configuration to go live

- Support to customer on how to use Odoo efficiently

- Analyze and resolve complex customer issues related to data and processes.

- Deliver functional training

- Prepare test cases for testing

- Provide necessary support for odoo modules

Required Skill:

- Excellent communication skill

- Good Knowledge of business process

- Fluent in English
