Roles and Responsibilities
- Produce documents, spreadsheets and presentations for internal and customer facing needs using CRM and Kondesk.
- Assist in routine documentation and administrative tasks by handling a wide range of tasks such as printing, file management, processing application.
- Compose internal demos and external correspondence for department head and review all documentation to eliminate errors and follow up tasks.
- Providing accurate advice to students about suitable PY programs.
- Generation and conversion of leads to enroll students in the programs.
- Researching and analyzing sales options and recommending appropriate solutions
- Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective clients
- Maintaining client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance
- Recommending profit and service improvements
- Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends and market activities
- Preparing monthly reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information using CRM system
- Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
- Any other duties and responsibilities as directed by the manager
