• Ability to understand the business requirements and create Test Cases
• Good written English and verbal skills to fulfill the QA responsibilities
• Positive attitude, teamwork and leadership

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of QA for projects
• Lead and motivate/mentor Jr. Testers
• Participate in project meetings as required
• Create Test Cases based on approved project requirements
• Create and execute Test Plans to report the test resultsv
• Report directly to Project Manager

Education

• BCA/MCA/BSc (IT)/MSc (IT)/BE(IT)
• Specialised QA testing course certification a plus
