Qualification : Btech - Food & Technology / BSC - Chemistry

Experience : 0 - 7

Roles and Responsibilities

• Follow printing instructions as per Weights & Measurement law
• Check incoming raw material as per FSSAI rules
• Check work process in DCs with respect to Quality
• Coordination with DC operations & Purchase Team for Quality Assurance
• • Check the incoming RM and outgoing F.G. vehicle condition
• • Physical sensory evaluation of RM
  • Chemical analysis of RM and F.G
