Major accountabilities of Position

Analysis of Business Process for Translation to an RPA Use case. Requirement gathering & documentation creating thorough documentation using best BA practices.

Well verse in creating process flow & able to quickly grasp the key pointers discussed during the client interaction sessions.

Establish working relationships and routinely interface with project sponsors, business stakeholders & technology partners.

Responsibility

Interacting & understanding requirement, and translating the requirements for technical team to implement

Understand Process & RPA opportunity in detail & take lead on proposing solution to solve the business problem.

Collaborating with Business, Development, Operations Team & other Project Stakeholders

Knowledge / Experience / Competencies Required

• Working knowledge of RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.) & Experience in Agile Methodology & Agile Tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Basic understanding of Functional Testing to be able to liaise with Quality Testing Team & Business Stakeholders.
• Must be comfortable with low-fidelity wireframing and using MS-Visio/ Tools for Process Mapping.
• Perform Functional & Sanity Checks to ensure deliverable is as per requirement defined.

IT Skills:

Experience as IT business analyst & well verse in Agile SDLC activities.

Strong documentation skill is a must able to capture details highlighted & analyze the same.

People Skills:

• Engagement as a proactive member of the workgroup and team player .
• Professional and open communication to all internal and external interfaces .
• Accurately report to management in a timely and effective manner.
• Work with minimum supervision
