Work Experience: Fresher / Experienced (1-2 Years)
Main Responsibilities
- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting and taking follow ups and arrange appointments.
- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays.
- To identify sales opportunities and effectively present key features and benefits of services to secure business.
- To ensure that all client details are fully completed, including marketing information

- Respond and follow ups marketing leads into qualified sales meetings.
- Call existing and predefined customers lists to generate sales opportunities and follow up for orders.
- Ability to develop proposition for each prospect interaction close cooperation with the sales team to identify and follow up on new leads/opportunities.
