Responsibilities will include following:
- Driving the sprint backlog and story grooming for the Scrum Teams.
- Implement solutions to prevent repetition of known issues or risks and share knowledge of lessons learned.
- Conduct Sprint Retrospective meetings post the completion of the Sprints.
- Ad-hoc analytics based on the business needs.
- Participate in Post Release Reviews to ensure all lessons learnt on technical things are documented and incorporated in future releases/projects.
- Partner with the other functions for technical related topics, and imbibe them into the deliverables.
- As a mentor, the Scrum Master is responsible for guiding teams into the Agile methodology, providing team members with feedback and means of improvement, catalyzing organizational growth and answering questions. They provide hands-on support to all employees, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles, leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile as well as overall organisation growth and improvement.
- The Scrum Master is responsible for designing a strategy for the organizational adoption of Agile. This includes every stage of adoption, from the introduction of Agile and team member education, to fostering teams and cultures that practice Agile, to sustaining Agile methodologies and continually offering strategies for improvement.
Essential competencies:

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
Scrum master certification is a must.
