Roles and Responsibilities
Oversees the Operation of a high quality IT/Telecom infrastructure ensuring smooth functioning and operation. Monitors server and Application/DB operability and performance. Performs a root cause analysis for service tickets and provides Level 2/Level 3 support during issues reported,).
Performs system tests in order to continuously improve performance without impacting the stability of production systems. Ensures optimal performance of the solution platforms.
Identifies and diagnoses recurring Application/DB related problems and manages solving of respective problem or escalates to Level 4 (product support)
Should work seamlessly with L4 (Product Support) team and Delivery Team for smooth functioning of the day to day operation/product optimization.
