Designation: Delivery Manager/Technical Project Manager

Profile Description:

  • We are looking for Delivery Manager/Technical PM to be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring quality deliverables
  • Candidate will be responsible to manage multiple projects, tracking progress, managing budgets, and leading the hybrid workforce across India/US.
  • He/She will oversee technical delivery with use of appropriate tools & technologies as well as a lead team during crisis/outage situation, helping the team troubleshooting technical issues.
  • He/She will also be responsible for team performance and checking the quality of deliverables.
  • As a Delivery Manager/TPM, you should demonstrate strong leadership and teamworking skills. You should also demonstrate excellent communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
  • Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the teams processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
  • Managing finances and budgets. Deliver agreed solution within defined timelines and cost.
  • Will be responsible for technical delivery and efforts put on by services team.
  • Identify avenues to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
  • Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
  • Program Governance with internal & external stakeholders
  • Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the companys services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
  • Support Presales team to win deals by providing Techno-functional guidance
  • Support sales team to increase revenue from existing services or by providing insights for new business from existing customers.

Required Skills & Qualification:

  • 6-10 Years of experience as a delivery/Technical Project Manage
  • Good computer skills and the ability to use business support software.
  • Any project management certifications like PMP, Prince2, Scaled Agile will be advantageous
  • Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills
  • Excellent leadership, customer management skills and resourcing skills
  • Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience at software services company in dealing with an international client is must
  • Prior experience of Cloud services, Oracle Application Suits, SDLC, Agile methodology along with one or more programming language is good to have
