Job Requirements:
- Develop social media guidelines for our brand.
- Maintain a posting calendar.
- Cultivate engagement with our followers and social media users.
- Monitoring & Grow our online brand through a multi-platform campaign.
- Assess our progress with tools like Google Analytics.
- Understanding KPIs and defining them specifically for social media.
- Collaborating with designers or copywriters to provide attractive and informative campaigns.
- Keeping up with technologies used in social media.
- Establishing relationships/networks of industry professionals or influencers on social media.
- Be able to use tools like buffer to schedule posts and content.
- Create pipeline of content in collaboration with the marketing team and research analysts.
- Weekly reporting to the Director.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or a similar field.
- Experience with content creation and search engine optimization.
- Familiarity with social media best practices.
- Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills.
- Creativity and technical aptitude.
