  • 1+ Years of IT Sales Experience require.
  • Leading and exploring opportunities in both Domestic and International markets.
  • Map new potential segments in the market (Mainly in Freelancer, Upwork, experience in Guru, or any other portal will be a plus).
  • A deep understanding of marketing principles.
  • Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
  • In depth knowledge of In-bound sales.
  • Developing a business development strategy focused both on financial gain and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Candidate should be highly proficient in lead conversions with a proven track record.
  • Experience in Client negotiations.
  • MUST HAVE: Excellent communication skills convincing strategy.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Decision making ability.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Discuss and carry out promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
