JOB DETAIL

Roles Responsibility

  • Preparing HR Policies and standard operating process for small and medium enterprises.
  • Providing training of HR policies of all new customers.
  • Preparing offer letters and sharing the shortlisted candidates.
  • Taking care of Induction and joining formalities of employees.
  • Managing leave, attendance and employee queries.
  • Running Monthly payroll.
  • Updating monthly tracker and dashboard reports which needs to be shared with customer point of contact.
  • Preparing and maintaining reports related to all HRMS projects.
  • Support customers for all HR functional related queries for HRMS product.

Skill Set Required:

  • Excellent communication skill
  • Should have through knowledge about HR processes and system
