JOB DETAIL

Customer engagements

o Respond to bids, RFIs RFPs

o Help qualify bids based on analysis of compliance level, customer business model etc.

o Attend to customer requests for information on RFIs and RFPs completion.

o Support the RFI / RFP process to completion through the entire phase.

Demo / Workshops

o Work with the sales team to prepare decks, product videos etc. for customer engagements

o Provide product demonstrations and lead customer workshops to potential and current customers

o Understand the customer s specific needs / business model and pitch the product solution accordingly

o Liaise with other product teams (such as Loyalty, iRetail, CDx etc.) to bring a seamless customer experience for customer engagements

o Work as interface between the product team, sales team and customer to share customer inputs during engagements and bring customer concerns to closure

o Keep abreast of latest product updates as well as upcoming features and maintain high product knowledge.

o Represent IBS iFly RES at conference s

o Take ownership of the demo environment (application server, IBE, B2B, Web Check-in) and keep it always demo ready with the latest product version and data

o Prepare demo environment for specific customer demos or workshops, with customer specific branding and data

Experience, Knowledge Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of work experience in a related role, in Information Technology
  • Candidate should have a track record in selling or engineering PSS solutions
  • Excellent communications skills with command over spoken written English as mandatory pre-requisite
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Candidate is expected to have a track record of developing business relationships at C level in the airlines
