JOB DETAIL

Roles Responsibility

  • Understanding clients HR Policy and processes and mapping it with our HRMS software.
  • Understand the functionality and features of the HRMS Product.
  • Consulting and advising customer on developing, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Preparing and maintaining reports related to all HRMS projects.
  • Data collection and validation of clients HR policy and Employee data.
  • Configuring clients HR policy and uploading employee data on HRMS, validating all the data.
  • Conducting training of HRMS portal to clients HR team.
  • Helping customers to process the payroll for first 3 months and handhold them so they can run the payroll effectively on their own.
  • Support customers for all HR functional related queries for HRMS product.
  • Coordinate with technical team to resolve the technical issues

Skill Set Required:

  • Excellent communication skill
  • Should have through knowledge about HR processes and system
  • Exposure and implementation of HRMS software would be an added advantage
