0IT Server & Application Support Engg:

• Hands-on experience in Windows Server, Firewall. Threshold monitoring and capacity planning.
• Responsible for securely exchanging client data via cloud storage application ex. Dropbox, Citrix Share etc.
• Knowledge and experience of leading cloud platforms. Deploy highly available server and network architectures.
• Perform Server Backup & Drill Restoration activity.
• Co-ordinate with Application Developer team and accommodate solution as per their prerequisite
• Application Administration Management (Like Access Management, Role Management, User Management etc.)
• Knowledge of SQL DB Server, IIS server, SSL certification, Website Hosting etc.
• Knowledge of best practices in IT Security is desirable. Experience of IT Policies/procedure and ISO 27001 & ITCG Audit compliance.
• IT Service Desk Operations and inclination to deploy ITIL concepts and adoption is must. IT Service Desk escalation handling.
