We are looking for a strong recruitment professional with strong interpersonal relationship skills who is able to build recruitment process delivery through sourcing, screening, assessing, and positioning candidates. We see the Recruiter as a subject matter expert able to understand and effectively use applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process to source right fit for the organization.

Experience: 2-5yrs

Location: Ahmedabad

Roles:
1. Source candidates from portals like Naukri, through referrals, headhunting, professional/social networking, etc., as per the requirements.
2. Initial telephonic screening and short-listing of candidates.
3. Ensuring the right match between candidate and job requirement.
4. Coordinating with interviewers & candidates.
5. Coordinate and regular follow-up with candidates in the entire interview process till closure.
6. Discuss/clarify technical & related aspects of the requirement, etc.
7. Maintain the given SLA.
8. Good communication skills
