Responsibilities

Answering to the call of clients by identifying their issues, and researching the answers.

Logging and maintaining the records of the employee queries.

Writing and maintaining the self-help documentation so that clients can try to fix the problems themselves.

Analyzing and fixing problems in computer hardware operating systems and applications.

Involved in client training programs by recognizing the learning issues and suggesting instructional language.

Ensuring all the computer systems are electrically safe by conducting tests after a short interval of time.

Keep himself updated by indulging in educational opportunities.

Conducting security test on all the systems.

Status reports on all the hardware and software in the company

Substituting the damaged and failed parts on hardware
