JOB DETAIL

  • Support purchasing, receipt, hardening, distribution, tracking and audit of software licenses and computer equipment,
  • Support coordination and tracking of OEM vendor repairs for assets under warranty,
  • Support the release and tracking of infrastructure changes,
  • Support the collection and organization of artifacts required to support IT audits from various iMerit departments and teams,
  • Support the development of IT program documentation,
  • Develop and apply the skills needed to configure office computers, software and peripheral devices,
  • Provide Service Desk support when required:
  • Participate in Service Desk training,
  • Shadow team members for knowledge transfer,
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve common system issues,
  • Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate software and computer equipment,
  • Carry out common maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

  • Prior training in information technology,
  • Familiarity with desktop and network equipment,
  • Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills,
  • Customer service focus,
  • Team player - ability thrive as a member of a geographically dispersed team,
  • Excellent English-language communication ability,Outstanding organizational and time-management skills,
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment,
  • One or more prior IT product or process certifications (desirable).
