Roles & Responsibilities :-
1. Manpower Mapping
2. Recruitment coordination
3. On boarding & Joining formalities & Induction of new joiners
4. Personnel file Management
5. HRIS Management
6. Monthly attendance and leave records management
7. Management of Contract employees
8. Driving the entire Employee Engagement Activities
9. Payroll processing
10. Statutory compliance
11. Learning & Development
12. Grievance handling
13. Exit Formalities including processing of Full & Final settlements
Experience - Minimum 1 year preferred , Freshers can also apply
Age - Maximum 29 years
