Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector - 2+ years experience Project Management

Excellent client- facing and internal communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid technical background with understanding and/ or hands- on experience in software development and web technologies. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi- tasking skills. Good teamwork and interpersonal skills. SCRUM / Agile / PMP / PRINCE II certification is a highly desired. The candidate must be well versed in the follow technologies. Java language and key concepts like generic, collection and threading. Oracle/ SQL Server/ Sybase/ DB2. JSP, Servlet, Struts, Spring, Hibernate... Development Tools Netbeans, Eclipse. Job Responsibilities :

Gather functional requirements and then translate them to technical specifications by analyzing user requirements and studying existing applications. Determine design methodologies, software libraries and other tools needed for the project. Ensure that all projects are delivered on- time, within scope and within budget. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Develop a detailed project plan (traditional & sprint based) to monitor and track progress. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
