This role is a combination of team player and individual contributor modes and will need to work across the three pillars of people, processes and technology. This person will manage a team of between 10-30 engineers and engineering managers, setup and mature delivery/ tech operations related processes in-tool (JIRA for Agile product/ project mgt, etc) and outside of tools. This role will report into the Chief Technology Officer.

Required Skills & experience ideal candidate should possess:
- Overall 8-12 yrs experience in product development or software services delivery, with minimum of 3 yrs experience with Agile software delivery processes with JIRA/ similar tools.
- Strongly prefer experience in building products in high growth B2B/ B2C startups Series A, B, C or D level or managing implementation/ support/ services on complex products in enterprises.
- Strongly prefer experience in working in cloud projects- AWS, GCP, Azure,OCI.
- Should have technical development background preferably with good exposure on databases & OLTP systems web and client-server.
- Good to have- experience working in process oriented software product and services enterprises like Big 4 Consulting firms, large enterprise software firms, top 5 IT services firms.
- Should have minimum of 3 yrs experience in application maintenance & support/ product operations
- Should have experience in DevOps/ CI-CD processes/practices in production environments
- Should have experience in delivering web and preferably mobile app products/ solutions
- Good to have- experience in Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Elastic Search, Redis.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
