Works with customers in assigned customer portfolio to receive payments. Resolves customer A/ R differences to the satisfaction of our customers. Uses good business judgment in working with/ through other employees including Sales to achieve results. Prepare, verify, and process invoices for sales or services rendered Collect on accounts by sending invoice reminders and communicate with customers via phone, email, standard reminders set on accounting software. Post customer payments by recording checks, and NEFT transactions and entering them into accounting/ subscription billing software Update receivables by totalling unpaid invoices Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted Verify the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, customer support departments and customers Generate Daily, monthly, quarterly or annual reports detailing paid and unpaid invoices and other accounts receivable activity Initiates contacts on assigned account base. Exercises good business judgment and due diligence in evaluating ability/ intent to pay within the overall account relationship Ability to incorporate Dunning Facilitate customer payments by providing the necessary documentation to customer Resolves customer account differences working with other employees including Sales or support. Uses good judgment in balancing the ability to resolve issues with the need to escalate them to the appropriate person Participates in process improvement projects as assigned Provides reports on the assigned portfolio as requested by Management Ensures compliance with all organization s policies Provides training as requested Excellent communication (written and verbal). Good customer relationship skills to manage a variety of customer interactions Ability to work independently Ability to excel in a fast growing/ fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines Thrives in a team environment Past participation in process improvement initiatives and/ or business improvement projects
