JOB DETAIL

  • As Adobe Analytics Specialist, you will deliver analytics solutions across Juniper Network s digital assets

  • You will work to gather and understand our stakeholder s unique business requirements and build customized solutions to meet their analytic and reporting needs with the Adobe Analytics platform
  • In addition, you will help each stakeholder architect and implement best in class web analytic setup throughout their websites and applications, perform quality checks to ensure that the implementation work has been completed successfully
  • You will also be responsible to contribute to overall digital strategy and derive and setup Analytics product integration with other products to solve key business use-cases
  • You will be part of the Web Analytics team, which is accountable for leading the solution and delivery of web analytics across our marketing domain

  • This team defines, documents and supports the implementation of relevant analytics, recommending best practice channel performance indicators, the establishment of regular reporting to track success and deep insights to help stakeholders/marketing teams to improve our customers online experience

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with different stakeholder teams to understand web requests, identify the appropriate web KPIs to build reports, dashboards, and handle ad-hoc data pulls
  • Regularly monitor, identify, and analyse key website KPIs and trends and provide data-driven recommendations to improve user experience and site engagement rates
  • Create and maintain SDR and report suites according to different sites and locales
  • Assist in ensuring process adherence and data standards are maintained for ongoing and accurate website tracking
  • Participate client meetings and interactions to explain the solution approach.
  • Analyse various integration aspects between Adobe Analytics and allied systems like Adobe AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Launch
  • Translate complex functional, technical and business requirements into architectural designs using industry standard methodologies and leads the solution Blueprint.
  • Design customized solutions and technical tag implementation strategies
  • Generate customized web analytic collection code and assist with its implementation and deployment directly on the site or through tag management platform Adobe Launch.
  • Work with the media team for any media tag implementation or integration on the website through Adobe Launch
  • Understanding the Integration of other tools with Adobe through Adobe IO
  • Knowledge of processes and tools involving Bot detection techniques
  • Provide expert services on data sources, data connectors, report builders, heartbeat tracking, app setup (acquisition links, push notification, triggers, etc.,)
  • Analysing the data in Analytics to provide useful and meaningful insights on the metrics to the stakeholders.
  • Able to compare data from different timelines such as year on year, quarter on quarter to provide useful insights
  • Good knowledge of marketing channel processing rules and Adobe Campaign setup
  • Able to setup of calculate metrics inside the Analytics tools.
  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure professional delivery of technical Implementations
  • Design develop Adobe Analytics solution technical implementation, along with documentation for web and app platforms.
  • Administer the Adobe Analytics product - variables, processing rules, classifications, marketing channels, data feeds, Mobile Services, integrations, etc.
  • Create dashboards, workspaces and ad hoc reports showcasing present trends, progress rate against established KPIs, goals, and lead generation activities
  • Analyse website traffic (segments) to better understand user experience conversion based on factors like source, channel, visitor frequency, location, etc.
  • Good understanding of web analytics packages (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics) and familiarity with tag management systems (Launch/GTM)
  • Good understanding of digital metrics especially in digital media channels
  • Familiarity with AB/Multivariate testing platforms and methodology
  • Experience in CMS platforms in relation to website development such as Adobe AEM and OpenText Teamsite
  • Experience with architecting and developing solutions for highly scalable, highly available systems.
  • Good to have knowledge about Adobe Experience Platform, especially Customer Journey Analytics

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Overall 10+ years of experience with minimum 5+ years of experience with the implementation of digital analytics and optimization solutions with a focus on Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Audience Manager.
  • Experience with Tag Management Systems - DTM, Adobe Launch is must.
  • Exposure to tools for Web/Mobile Analytics, A/B Testing, Tableau, SQL etc. will be a plus.
  • 5+ years experience working with an enterprise web analytics platform including data taxonomy design
  • 5+ years experience working with technology and user experience teams
  • Expert level knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, jQuery, Angular, CSS and other web technologies.
  • Experience in setting up Data-Layer format and working with Front end development teams
  • Exposure to Observe Point tag governance platform (Audits / Journeys)
  • Experience debugging client-side applications (Adobe debugger, Charles, Fiddler)
  • Experience in large-scale software engineering organizations (Agile)
  • Solutioned at least 3 Digital Analytics Implementation (understanding Business requirement, creating SDR, Implementing tags and analysing reports) project.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing and/or Marketing Analytics
  • Experience Integrating Adobe Analytics with other tools (Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign)

 

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent project management, organization, time management, attention to detail and communication skills
  • Strong analytical abilities to identify issues self-start programs to address
  • Self-motivated and capable of delivering results with minimal supervision
  • Google Tag Manager/Analytics certifications desirable
  • Google Analytics experience desirable
  • Understanding of mobile development technologies (iOS and Android) and analytics SDKs
  • Experience with UI-related technologies.
  • Experience in working on agile methodologies.
  • Experience implementing personalisation solutions using Adobe Tools such as Adobe Target, Adobe CDP etc.
  • Experience working with Visualization tools: Tableau, Looker, Data Studio etc
