Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver the Revenue objectives for ENOX Retail business as per plan; in the assigned territory
- Review performance of existing distribution channel and proactively highlight gaps to the manager
- Ensure identification of new channel partners as per company criteria to expand reach and counter presence
- Build and manage the demand generation for all product categories through planned activations in the retail market
- Identify key influences like carpenters and local contractors/ architects/ builders and ensure regular & structured engagement like product trainings, meets etc
- Support in working capital management by ensuring timely collection of outstanding.
- Formulating promotional activities as a part of brand building
- Organize structured sessions to ensure product knowledge to all stakeholders of channel partners
- Increase secondary sales by ensuring counter presence, territory reach, and visibility of our products where end customers visit frequently.
- Conduct continuous market analysis and support Area sales manager for forecasts and budgeting
Skills Required:
- Have functional knowledge of retail business preferably in building material industry
- Must have knowledge of Architect base in assigned territory
- Should maintain time discipline and strong work ethic
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
- Should be responsive, organized and energetic
- Possesses a high level of integrity and ownership of responsibilities
- Shows high drive for results and execution excellence. Follows up with stakeholders till the result is achieved
- Develops partnerships, keeps stakeholders updated on progress of projects and activities on time
- Proficiency in MS excel and power point
Education Qualification & Experience required:
- Any Graduate
- 8 to 10 years previous total experience, with preferable exposure of Building Material glass or hardware Industry.
Additional Information:
- Should be willing to travel extensively in the assigned territory to generate business.
