Assistant Manager - Business Development
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identifying new sales leads
- Pitching companys services/ products
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients and identifying prospective clients
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments on companys services/ products
- Developing proposals for clients
- Negotiating and re - negotiating by phone, email, and in person
Skills Required:
- Socially adept
- In - depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Languages known: English (Fluent), Hindi (Fluent), Kannada (Optional)
