JOB DETAIL

Sourcing candidates through diverse and cost effective channels includes agencies, job portals , Social Media Platforms, advertisement responses and employee referrals.

Conducting Tests & HR Interviews

SPOC for the end to end sourcing for various levels and across all verticals

Vendor Management SPOC for niche requirements across all verticals.

Manage recruiting functions including phone screening of candidates and facilitation of skills

Interviews.

Scheduling interviews, coordinating and managing the recruitment process.

Follow up with offered candidates till the joining time.

Maintaining of records/track sheet of the profiles sourced for various deals and through various

channels

Maintaining resume database for future manpower requirements

 

• On Boarding

  • Sending offer mails to the candidates intimating the joining date and documentation details.
  • Taking care of joining formalities and induction.
  • Liasioning with Admin and IT team for access card and login ID.
  • Follow up with non joiners
  • Making appointment letters

Desired candidate profile -

• Candidates should have minimum of 6 - 8 years experience in Recruitments

• Should have hands on experience in end to end recruitment

• Should be open to taking up other functions of HR as mentioned above.

• Willing to work from office

Timings

  • 12: 00 Pm to 9:00PM

Work days

• Monday to Friday.

• However would have to work on weekends as per the requirement.
