Roles and Responsibilities

1. Review initial system assessments and finalizing qualification lifecycle deliverables for typical systems.
2. Participate in system quality risk assessments for process critical systems.
3. Participate in system design reviews and ensure adequate coverage of Critical design elements impacting CPP and CQA.
4. Participate in factory acceptance tests for process critical systems and provide oversight from Quality.

5. Ensure C&Q Schedule is adhered to and deviations highlighted/escalated.

1. Provide quality oversight over site commissioning and qualification activities and ensure that the test engineer follows GDP and GEP practices.

Any other responsibilities assigned as by the manager:

1. Provide training on C&Q SOPs, GDP and GMP to all stakeholders involved in commissioning and qualification.

2. Assist users and resolve queries regarding VLMS access/ development of documents in VLMS and execution related activities in VLMS.
