JOB DETAIL

Responsibilities :

Execute annual retail marketing plans to achieve set business goals.
Create strategies to build an immersive and engaging consumer experience at retail, brand events and offline community.
Work with cross-functional teams to execute offline activities to increase community engagement and brand awareness across Events, Retail and Community.
Coordinate as well as organize promotional events and Retail activation at Regional and National levels.
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the departments activities.

Analyse sales data, campaign parameters and implement learning in future. Generate sales and marketing reports as per campaign
Contribute to building and executing marketing strategies through on-ground pulse monitoring feedback bottom-up; competition scope research, platform determination, bench-marking, messaging and audience identification
Recommend promotional activities in coordination with retail team.
Set the benchmark to elevate consumer experiences at offline stores, on-ground campaigns and events.
Collaborate with the supply chain sales ops teams to ensure consistency of consumer experience at offline activation.

Responsible for building and growing a thriving offline community
Ideate consumer connect initiatives to promote brand awareness and recall among consumers.
Coordinate with regional marketing team members to implement brand and regional campaigns.
Assist the creative team in designing and developing marketing collateral and promotional materials.
Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities.
Conduct market research and analyse consumer rating reports/ questionnaires.
Collaborate with other departments to manage brand reputation
Work closely with online teams who monitor forums and social media channels with an aim to conciliate and serve the customers order fulfilment needs on-ground

Skills

Strong marketing background
Deep knowledge of marketing methods strategies, experience planning, developing and executing integrated marketing programs.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
Should be an excellent communicator both verbally and written, with an ability to communicate with all levels and departments in the organization and outside the organization across business, communications, sales and media teams.
