Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Business Analyst experience is must

2. Should be able to gather requirements from various stakeholders. Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs

3. Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats

4. Good experience in MS Office, SQL and Data mapping

5. Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions

6. Good knowledge of MS office, Visio.

7. Should have experience in creating BRD & FSD, support business in UAT testing, exposure to Root Cause Analysis etc.
