JOB DETAIL


Responsibilities

  • Master Atlassian JIRA to manage intake and capture of product change requests and to track and document actions taken
  • Manage proactive communication to Operations for Development for system maintenance and Product releases
  • Assist in the preparation business process requirements, functional specifications, and other documentation for bug fixes and enhancements
  • Balance competing priorities to process requests in a timely manner and to effectively manage stakeholder expectations
  • Research and problem solve as issues arise and perform activities that have direct, tangible effects on revenue and business processes
  • Present weekly status metrics against Quarterly goals and meaningful summaries of the Product Backlog to leadership
  • Flexibility to work significant overlap with US daily working hours. Expected to overlap until at least Noon EST.
  • Prepare business process diagrams, requirements, and functional and technical specifications and other documentation for projects and enhancements
  • Effectively work across enVista teams, including retail, product management, marketing, customer experience and sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Communications, Informatics, Business, or related field
  • 2-3 years of application experience with enterprise software systems, preferably transportation related
  • Desired Customer Service background with demonstrated positive conflict resolution or change management strategy experience
  • Experience working in multi-national development organizations desired
  • Driven to troubleshoot issues, a strategic problem solver who can quickly and proactively identify, communicate on, and resolve issues and is comfortable pushing for satisfactory root cause analysis, either independently or with stakeholders
  • Driven to ask questions frequently and engage in and retain meaningful knowledge transfer to master business goals and processes
  • Proficiency with defect issue service request management tools, such as JIRA, keen to embrace such tools and applications to create efficiencies in personal workload
  • Organizational and time management skills, able to report on-the-spot updates and feedback of substance on the status of issues and initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint), experience with Teams and Sharepoint desired
